If you would like to Post a Complaint at this Flower Complaints Page. Let’s face it. When you buy flowers, things don’t always go smoothly. Whether it be a national flower seller or a local flower shop, complaints are inevitable. Here, on the official Flowers.ORG complaint board, people have the right to post complaints.

HOW IT WILL WORK

Consumers can come to flowers.org and share experiences with the flower company of their choice. Upon receiving the complaint from you, we will post it on our site, and then immediately send the complaint to the appropriate florist. We will mention that Flowers.ORG has received a consumer complaint, and we will also invite them to register at Flowers.ORG,  encouraging them to respond to the particular consumer to resolve the issue. If the issue is resolved, then the complaint will be tagged as resolved.

  • If both parties are happy, the complaint will be deemed resolved.
